Thomas left the corporate world in 2019, after a successful tenure as a National Sales Manager with the Ram Certified Agriculture Program to spend more time with his new fiancé, Kayla.

Thomas was one of the nation’s first Ram Experts, working closely with the BusinessLink SBSS & Ram Advocate Teams.

He was directly responsible for all new dealership enrollments, marketing & sales strategies, inventory selection, and the organization of specialized training programs for participating dealers.

After leaving Ram, Thomas transitioned to property investment & home improvements, selling over $2,100,000 in new business his first year. He quickly recognized the industry-wide need for professional development, sparking an idea.

Thomas set out with a vision to create new & exciting opportunities for small to medium sized businesses that otherwise wouldn't have access to highly-specialized skill sets.
